1. If you’re a new customer, you’ve got 30 days from the day you bought the SimplePlan Business deal to ask for a refund, no matter what the reason is. That date is your Date of Purchase, and we call that 30-day period the Refund Period.
2. To get your SimplePlan business website, we’ll need you to fill out a questionnaire about your business for ROOAH!. If you haven’t completed the questionnaire, don’t worry – you can still request a refund at any time during the Refund Period.
3. Subject to section 4, once the Refund Period has passed, you won’t be eligible for a refund regardless of whether you filled out the questionnaire and/or got the business website. Not finishing the questionnaire, providing, or presenting items needed for ROOAH! to make the website doesn’t guarantee a refund.
4. If ROOAH! takes longer than 7 days to deliver the website after you’ve finished the questionnaire, we will happily extend your refund period in line with the number of days that the project was delayed. For instance, if your business website is delivered 10 days after you completed the questionnaire, we will extend your refund period accordingly.
5. If you’ve purchased the SimplePlan Business and no optional recurring subscription plans, we’ll be able to provide a full refund, subject to section 1.
6. If you have purchased the SimplePlan Business along with an optional recurring subscription plan, then we will refund the full amount of the SimplePlan Business plus the value of the recurring subscription plan, minus the cost of any branding material, graphic designs, or custom domain name if one has been chosen (as per section 1).
